Customer satisfaction is our number one priority; therefore, to ensure we always exceed your expectations, we offer the following Quality Assurance Guarantee.

Exchange and Refund Policy
Within 30 days of product purchase after the ship date stamped on your validated receipt, an item may be returned for exchange or refund with accompanying original receipt proof-of-purchase provided the item is returned in new condition. ALL exchange/ replacement requests within the 30 day time period must be accompanied by the original, date-stamped, validated receipt (Copies of receipts are not acceptable.)If an item is returned in exchange for an item(s) of greater value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. No exchanges for bonus gifts.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.Exchanges for a different item are not allowed after 30 days. Cash refunds will not be given after thirty days from the date stamped on your receipt.

Lifetime Replacement Policy
An item may be returned for replacement due to an manufacturer’s defect, with accompanying original receipt proof-of-purchase.

A returned piece will be replaced with the same item. If the item is not available, the Customer may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value. If an item(s) of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.Shipping charges is refundable.

Slight irregularities and variations in workmanship in our material and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the product and should not be considered defects.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Maisha shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
